Add To a Contact Group
When you add Clair to your frequent Contacts, she will be notified. Clair will also be asked to add your Contact Card to her Contact List.

Privacy and Sharing are based on which Group you belong to. Friends can share more than External Contacts.

As we saw earlier, Lync can set Alerts for Contacts who are in your Privacy Workgroup, even when the Do Not Disturb sign is on.

The Privacy Relationships are:
Friends and Family
Workgroup
Colleagues
External Contacts
Blocked Contacts

In this example, Clair selected the following:
Add to this contact group: All Contacts
This person's Privacy Relationships: Workgroup
